Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have gone since you received the parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We hope you absolutely love every single item we send you. But sometimes it happens that you want to return it if you decide the item is not right for you.
✅ RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made within 14 days of your receiving the package. Items must be in a new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
❌ Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in the personalization.
🔁 REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly made due to buyer error.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please notice, we make a refund for the product but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:
- the product is fine and you are returning it for your personal reasons
- the customer wasn't available during the delivery process
- the customer provided an incorrect or invalid phone number or email address
If the package is abandoned, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect customer information, we are not responsible for the shipping costs.
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, any return shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
