REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone since you received the parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We hope you absolutely love every single item we send you. But sometimes it happens that you want to return it because of some reasons.
✅ RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom made within 14 days of your receiving the package. Items must be in a new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized items
🔁 REPLACEMENTS: If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we'll happily replace the personalized item for you. We do not replace items that were incorrectly made due to buyer error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please notice, we make a refund for the product but the shipping costs will be charged from the price of the product in case if:
- the product is fine and you are returning it for your personal reasons
- the customer wasn't available during the delivery process
- the customer provided no more valid phone number and email address
If the item was utilized by mail with the same reason we're not responsible for the costs.
If the customer refuses the package without any reason the package will be utilized and we're not responsible for the costs.
